How many things there are that I don't need

This special liberation energy in the 432 hertz frequency stands not only for material things (regarding minimalism) that one should part with or not burden oneself with in the first place, but also for all non-material aspects of life.
 
Music helps us to become aware during meditation of what we are also burdening ourselves with on a spiritual level. It is also a question that affects social issues in the same way. It is deep inner states of mind that one represses or hides and much more. What exactly one really needs is the question.
Questions arise like:
Do I need to keep up in a competition for prestige, recognition, attention, etc.?  In a competition for pride, honour or other unnecessary vanities that only lead us away from our own self, our own individuality? Where does all this come from? Why do I react to it and why do I take part in it at all?
Do I need to submit to an ideal of beauty just to fit into a pretended game that is supposed to make everyone the same? Is it really me or am I playing an unwanted game?
Or another question:
Do I need to be seen as an all-knowing person? Or as someone who is always fine and always says yes? Do I like to be exploited for the sake of good peace?
Do I need to submit to people in power and their will out of fear?
 
Such questions can be immensely liberating if one faces them and discovers them within oneself.
The music helps to awaken and recognise the right questions and answers for each individual listener: What is there that I don't need to participate in - what is there that I don't need to possess - what is there that I don't need to be that I am not!
