• The basic chakra music purifies & stabilizes, connects the material level with the emotional and mental. To accept everyday life, to love ourselves, to accept our body without despising it or even becoming its slave. If we are well anchored in the basic chakra, we are firmly based on our life. It is related to the polarity chakra, both of which are closely related to the earth's energy. Both also draw their energies from solar power. The polarity chakra in connection with the basic chakra awakens the Kundalini energy, which is drawn up from the earth through the body and its chakras to the crown chakra and finally to the sun. From there again through their rays to the earth. This results in a cuneiform that connects us to the energies of the earth and the sun.
