The causes: The Damnations can be criticism, bullying, unfair judgements (i.e. countless injustices of all kinds) and much more that has been done to you by others, such as parents, relatives, friends, teachers, acquaintances, strangers, etc., or that you have done to yourself for many reasons, such as feelings of inferiority or fear (whether from this life or a previous one). The individual causes can be countless, and to list them here would go too far and could certainly fill entire books.
