Becoming Is Illness - Being Is Health
This is about realizing that everyone is what they should be. A being in the present, which ultimately leads to holistic health.
If one can be in the now, one is aware that the body with its pain also wants to say something.
First we recommend to feel into the body and the painful parts and to ask yourself and the body why this is now and why.
It is important not to tense up (as best as possible). The music should help to harmonize this process.
Take your time and just feel into your body and don't try to force anything.
With time and some practice, some thoughts will rise in you during meditation on the subject of illness or discomfort. Pay attention to what is happening. And send in health and your own self-healing power. At the end of the meditation, thank you for the perfection of your body.
General:
You don't have to become anything. You don't need to become anything else, better, etc.
To be what you are, of course, to accept it that way: to be simple, with the emphasis on -simple-.
In our society the word -simply- has been completely twisted.
Simple is considered stupid, simple. But in reality, the basic truth is always simplicity.
The music helps to feel comfortable in this knowledge and awareness, to feel that one does not have to get into the stream of becoming that leads to infinity. Be simple, whole and whole, healthy and happy with what you already are. Quite simply!
