Basic Trust

Trust is a very profound subject. Particularly in this day and age, it is very difficult to distinguish between the truth and the practicalities of the external, material, visible world.

People are usually confused and can no longer make sense of many things. We often no longer know what the true motivation is behind everything that confuses and frightens us, be it politics, the press, religions, science or those closest to us.
Who or what can we actually still trust? This is a very important question, and primal trust itself would be the solution.
 
All too often, truths are distorted in the interests of power and material greed in general. And it all starts with the smallest things – we are all woven into this ‘dog-eat-dog system’ and often no longer even realise what is right or wrong.
The struggle for mere survival, as well as the ambition to achieve everything that the system and society demand, make it impossible to be a natural, simple person.
Every single person, with all their emotional problems and suffering, is no longer given any consideration, and so all this psychological distress is simply and swiftly suppressed.
But at some point, this is no longer sustainable, and the result is doctors’ surgeries of all kinds overflowing with patients. Even the youngest among us are already affected and are barely allowed to be children anymore.
 
All of this breeds dissatisfaction, stress and a restless inner soul that no longer knows which way to turn.
Where can one find inner peace? What is the truth? Who or what can I trust so that I do not perish as a human being and a sentient being amidst all this chaos? Where can help be found? Where can one turn when one no longer knows what to do?

‘Where is all this leading us?’ many people ask themselves. Where is the soul, the clear, alert mind that corresponds to a healthy spirit? How can one become, once again, a person who can still have faith in life and, consequently, in other people?
 
It is time to turn once more to the Supreme, to the Creator – to Creation, to the Being of all life. To that Presence which is deeply anchored in the heart of every living being, which allows them to breathe, makes their heart beat, and gives them life.
Deep within the heart, one can sense the divine presence that can restore our strength and vigour.

Through our innermost self, we sense the divine presence of Creation, of the all-encompassing, loving Being, which can connect us with light and love.
One need only want it, seek it and rediscover it.
For it was, and always has been, there.
Without this presence within us, we could not live at all. Yet at present, in most people, it has largely withered away.
 
Access to it is found through feeling, deep within the heart, rising up through the pineal gland (which represents understanding, wisdom, the intellect and the spirit), which connects us to the highest light of creation.
 
This presence is always there, like the sun that shines upon everyone, no matter who they are or what they do. Like the sun, it blesses every person with its light, and every ray is like a gift that is always there.
So too is the presence of God. In every person shines a ray of the sun, the Creator.
Once you realise this, you know that this ray of sunlight is also present in every other person. And so, with this knowledge, trust can arise – in everyone and in everything.

Slowly, then, the light can shine once more in every heart, and a deep, inner joy, a zest for life and a profound inner peace can awaken.
 
You simply have to perceive it and accept it.

As soon as one can feel and recognise this divine gift, one knows: I am not alone! I can, may, and should trust!
