Pain Relief With 20 Hertz

The 20 hertz - music is a frequency that works directly via the vagus nerve and causes pain relief.
This frequency is also used in medical science.

Pain relief through the 20 Hz frequency influences the activity of the nervous system and is a therapy that focuses on the regulation of brain activity and influences the sensation of pain.
This type of therapy with the 20 hertz frequency can thus also alleviate and heal the body's pain and inflammation responses, as well as chronic inflammation.

The natural alpha waves in the brain respond to this frequency and have a calming effect on the body. The 20 hertz frequency triggers a reaction to these alpha waves in the brain and more alpha waves are produced as a result. This helps to reduce pain and inflammation.

The piece of music was recorded in the 432 hertz frequency and the 20 hertz frequency was underlaid.
The 20 hertz tone, which is continuous throughout the piece of music, can be heard at the beginning, before the music starts after approx. 6 seconds, and at the end of the music for approx. 12 seconds.
The 20 hertz frequency is effective, even if it is not audible.
You can hear the 20 hertz tone if you have appropriate loudspeaker equipment, e.g. a subwoofer or appropriate headphones that operate the 20 hertz frequency.
