The Element Air

Anyone who has ever dealt with the 5 elements knows that the true adept, who seriously searches for truth, must first master these forces in himself.

Everything that was created consists of these 5 elements, including the universe. It is also called the "great arcanum" if one knows how to master the elements. If one steers the elements within oneself, it logically results that one is able to control them from there also in the outside. Anyone seeking the truth will also know that misuse of the elements will not do any good. It is therefore important to master these elements in themselves in a completely harmonious way.

The elements (Tattwas) in their order according to Indian teaching:
Akasha - the ether principle
Tejas - the principle of fire
Waju - the principle of air
Apas - the principle of water
Prithivi - the principle of the earth

The principle of air (Waju) is based on the Akasha/ether principle. Insiders say that the air principle is not a real element, as they believe it mediates between fire and water. As a medium, air creates the neutral balance between fire and water. Thus all created life has been set in motion. The airy principle has a mediating role to give to fire property of heat and water property of a moisture.
The quality of air: memory, discernment and judgement, intelligence and reason.
The air principle has its seat in the body symbolically in the heart region and has a balancing effect (between fire and water).

We have created this music to help balance and harmonize the elements in the body.
Breathing properly is important. Imagine breathing in and out not only with your lungs balanced and calm, but also through every pore. Imagine how pure energy flows through you from the ether, harmonizes you and balances the elements in your body regions.
