Price information and general notes
You must pay to download the titles from the website "musik-apotheke".
The current prices are on the website.

1. Contents of the on-line offering
The author and provider makes no guarantee for the topicality (up-to-date-edness), the correctness, completeness or quality of the supplied information. Liability claims against the author and provider, which are based on material or idealistic damage, which was caused by the use or not use of the provided information or, for example, by the use of incorrect and incomplete information, are fundamentally out of the question, if, on the part of the author and provider, no deliberate or negligent guilt can be proved.

All offerings are non-binding and without obligation. The author and provider maintains the exclusive right to change sections of the pages or the entire offering without special notice, to add to it delete from it or, from time to time or permanently, to discontinue the publication.

2. References and links
In the case of direct or indirect references to other web pages ("hyperlinks"), which lie outside the realm of responsibility of the author and provider, liability would only exist if the author and provider knew of the contents and it would have been technically possible and reasonable to have expected him to try to prevent use in the case of illegal contents.

The author and provider hereby declare that at the point in time of the link setting no illegal contents on the pages which can be linked were recognizable. On the current and future organization, contents or the authority of the link pages, the author and provider do not have any influence. Therefore, it dissociates itself hereby expressly from all contents of all linked pages, which were changed after the link setting. This statement applies to all the links and references within the internet supply as well as to foreign entries in guest books, panels and mailing lists set up by the author and provider. For illegal, incorrect or incomplete contents and for damage, resulting from the use or non-use of such information, it is the provider of the page, to which one referred, who alone is responsible and not the one who merely provides the link to the respective publication.

3. Copyrights and brand-name law
The author and provider endeavours to respect the copyrights of all publications we use, of graphics, tone documents, video sequences and texts, to use his own graphics, tone documents, video sequences and texts or to use license-free graphics, tone documents, video sequences and texts.

All label and registered trade marks specified within the Internet supply and if necessary protected by third parties are subject without reservation to the regulations of the respective valid copyright and the ownership rights of the respective registered owners. However, merely due to the designation, the conclusion is not to be drawn that brand names are not protected by the rights of third parties.

The copyright for objects published or created by the author and provider remains exclusively with the author and provider of the pages. A duplication or a use of such graphics, tone documents, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without express agreement of the author and provider.
