Download of the music:

• Immediate download after payment | you can download products up to 3 times within 7 days of payment.

Shipping Articles:

• We usually ship within Germany within 1-2 working days and after payment (prepayment). Sundays and public holidays are excluded. 
However, we have no influence on the delivery time of the postal service (DHL)!

• Delivery times to other countries may vary accordingly. 
Exceptions to this include items such as ‘Personal Soul Music’ and items under ‘Other Products’ such as music orgonite pyramids, pictures, books and much more, as these products are manufactured on demand.
Details on delivery times are indicated for each individual product.

• All physical items such as CDs can only be shipped within EU countries & Swizerland that are exempt from customs duties.
