All energy in us is produced by the mitochondria, they live in symbiosis with our cells and supply them with energy. That is why they are also called the power stations of our cells.
The mitochondria produce the energy in the cells, the fuel ATP - to produce ATP, the mitochondria need oxygen, which we breathe in and which enters the cells of our body, where it is converted by the mitochondria to convert energy from our food (more scientific articles on this can be found on the internet).
The mitochondria are the true light-energy power, present in our cells and, when working normally, keep us fit, young (slower ageing process) and healthy.
At the same time, the mitochondria work in harmony with the light photons, or electrons (simply put).
The mitochondria can therefore also be seen as biological transmitting antennas that connect us with the "living light (of God, of creation, of the divine light, of the I AM, of the Christ light body, of the here and now in eternal being, etc.).
We are indeed light beings, made up of light electrons. The mitochondria are the true energy suppliers in our body and at the same time the connection to the "Living Light" itself!
If the mitochondria can no longer work properly - through stress, attacks, be they verbal, physical or other variants - the energy flow, or the normal activity of the mitochondria can be restricted and they can no longer function properly for us.
As an example: If all our mitochondria were to die, we too could no longer live.
In addition, the activity of the mitochondria is very much connected to our pineal gland, which also regulates many important processes in the body - at the same time on a spiritual and mental level.
That is why it is important to counteract a lack of energy or even to increase energy if you feel healthy and fit.
